Definitions

FNL reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of use of the Website at any time by amending this page, and when there are major T&Cs pages all registered players will be notified by email or a pop-up in there account. When new versions of the T&Cs are published on this page they shall be effective from that date.

FNL reserves the right to update the Website whenever it sees fit, to change it content and/or functionality at its sole discretion. Website Access

If access is interrupted for any reason then please know that we will be striving to resolve the situation. In the event that access to the website or any of its functionality be interrupted, FNL shall have no liability for the inability of any user to access the Website, whether or not the issue is caused by any fault of FNL.
Free National Lotto Draws
If you register an account on the Website, you will be eligible to enter the free prize draws (“Draw when referring to a single draw and “Draws” when referring to multiple draws) made available by FNL.
All Draws made available by FNL via the Website are absolutely free to play, and as such are not licensable gambling or betting services, therefore not regulated by the Gambling Commission. By registering an account and entering any Draw or Draws you accept that you are entering into an arrangement solely between you and FNL. As a result you will have no right to appeal to or otherwise involve the Gambling Commission (or any other third party) in the event of any dispute. Any dispute arising between the player and FNL shall be handled between the two parties only.
By using the Website, and therefore agreeing to these T&Cs you agree that, in the event of any dispute as to the winner of a Competition, FNL shall have sole authority to decide which, if any, party is the winner of any Competition, and that FNL is under no obligation to enter into correspondence with any player in relation to any dispute.

Please note that individual Draws have certain windows in which any prize can be claimed, and the prize must be claimed via the ‘Collect Prize’ button in your account. If this window passes you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to any prize.
If a user has more than one account or entry into any of the Draws, then FNL reserves the right to declare all entries from the accounts as void. A player must have only one account, one set of numbers per draw, and one email to be eligible to win prizes in the Draws on the Website. Anyone found with multiple accounts or emails will have their accounts closed and entry into the draws suspended.
Please note that if FNL considers that multiple accounts have been setup under different personal details by one person then all those accounts will be closed and declared ineligible to enter any Draws. Also, if a user attempts to amend their personal details or the numbers they have selected in order to manipulate or evade the T&Cs or Rules of the Website then those entries may also be declared ineligible.
Player Account
Please make sure that you keep the personal details of your account on the Website confidential. If FNL provides you with any password, ID code, or any other piece of information with regards to your account please also make sure that is kept confidential and not disclosed to a 3rd party, particularly people under the age of 18. If for any reason you believe a 3rd party has your login details please let us know at [email protected].
If FNL believes any person or individual player account has not operated within these T&Cs then they reserve the right to close the account, and/or disable login details, at its sole discretion. In the event that this occurs but you believe it has been in error please contact us.
When you register an account with FNL you accept that it is your responsibility to keep your account information up-to-date, and FNL has no liability to do this on your behalf.
If you publish or display any content on the Website, you acknowledge that this is your sole responsibility. You undertake and warrant that you shall not publish, upload or display any content on the Website that you do not have the full intellectual property rights (IP) to.
You accept that any content published by players/users of the Website are their opinions, views, and recommendations and are not endorsed by FNL, and FNL shall have no liability for their content. FNL reserves the right to remove any content deemed illegal, inflammatory, and defamatory or otherwise unwelcome on the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
FNL is the owner and/or the licensee of all of the IP on the Website, including its content. All of the relevant rights (for the forms of IP listed in the ‘Definitions’ section above) are reserved.
Nothing listed in these terms, or in the players’ use of the Website, shall serve to transfer any IP from FNL to you, nor will it generate any right on your behalf over or in any IP owned or licensed by FNL.
By playing on FNL you grant FNL full IP rights for any content or material that you publish on the Websites, and you commit to not publishing any content or material that breaches a 3rd parties IP. If you do breach this term you agree that FNL will have no liability.
You may print off content from the Website but this content must not be edited in any way, and you must not use any of the content for commercial purposes without FNL’s prior consent. If you do breach these IP terms your right to use the Websites ceases and you must return or destroy the content that has caused the breach.
FNL forbids the use of any data mining technology such as web crawlers, or spiders.

Limitation of Liability
FNL will not be liable to any user of the Website for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits FNL’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, FPL excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
Whilst FNL will strive to ensure that ensure that its users do not suffer any damage or loss caused by technological harmful material that may infect you IT equipment such as a virus or DDOS attack, FNL will have no liability should this occur. This includes the Website itself or any 3rd party site linked to it.
Technologically Harmful Material
You must not under any circumstances introduce any technologically harmful materials to the Website. These materials include: viruses, Trojans, logic bombs, Trojans, attempted unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, or its database.
If you launch a DDOS attack on the Website you will be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or similar legislation in other jurisdictions. If such an event occurs FNL will report the attack to the law enforcement authorities.
